The Role (Full-Desk, BD-First)

Own the front end of the funnel and the close. You’ll originate new client relationships, scope urgent hiring needs, and deliver executive and critical-role placements end-to-end.
  • Business Development (top priority): Build and run a targeted go-to-market; book founder/CEO/PE meetings; convert discovery to signed MSAs and active searches.
  • Client Advisory: Sell outcomes (time-to-impact, cost of vacancy), craft role scorecards, and set selection standards.
  • Search Execution: Source, assess for attributes, drive structured interviews, manage offers/acceptance, and ensure after-action success.
  • Market Focus: GovCon leadership & cleared roles; trades & service operations/revenue leaders; PE/IS portfolio needs and SMB executives.

You Have
  • A network you can activate on Day 1 (founders, CEOs, operators, PE/IS, or GovCon leaders).
  • Proven 360/full-desk track record: you’ve found new clients and closed them, then delivered.
  • Domain fluency in at least two: GovContrades & services/industrialSMB/portfolio executives.
  • Hunter wiring: competitive, persuasive, fast, and relentless follow-through; you like scoreboards.
  • Boardroom presence and a consultative, numbers-driven style.
  • Bonus: Veteran network, familiarity with cleared markets, RPO/recurring models.
