Job Title: Inside Sales Manager – Trailer Dealership (Full Time)
Location: Louisville, TX (Dallas Metroplex Area)
Schedule: M–F Full-Time, plus half-day Saturdays (every 4th Saturday off)

We operate like a high-end car dealership—but for commercial-grade trailers—with three North Texas locations and a reputation for excellence.
We offer full-service support: sales, rentals, parts, and maintenance.

This Role is Not for Everyone
We need a self-driven performer who:

Excels at managing inbound leads and closing them quickly

Can balance fast-turn retail sales with long-cycle B2B deals

Thrives in a busy, multitasking environment

Uses CRM rigorously to stay on top of follow-ups and opportunities
-
Communicates with confidence, clarity, and urgency
What You'll Be Doing
-
Sell 25+ trailers/month by responding to walk-in, phone, web, and referral leads
-
Build value-based proposals and close deals with business and municipal buyers
-
Upsell accessories and services to increase gross profit
-
Work the showroom floor and display lot like it’s your personal stage

Manage follow-ups and quotes using CRM with discipline

Work with a bilingual and diverse customer base (Spanish a big plus)

Collaborate with service, parts, and admin staff to deliver a seamless customer experience

Participate in basic business operations including inventory counts and cash reconciliation
What Makes You a Fit

You have a proven track record in sales (trailer or equipment experience is helpful but not required)

You know how to lead a sale, not follow one

You can juggle multiple customers, calls, and bids without dropping the ball

You don’t need to be told what to do—you see what needs doing and own it

You’ve thrived in environments with quotas, commissions, and performance pressure

On-target earnings of $100K+ annually for top performers
